1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between yourself
and diydecora.co.uk.
2. Prices shown on this site are inclusive of VAT and are valid in mainland
U.K.
3. Delivery costs are additional.
4. Prices may be subject to variations.
5. Please note, payment for your order will be debited from your credit/debit
card on confirmation of your order.
6. diydecora.co.uk reserves the right to revise offers, prices and details
at any time without notice.
7. diydecora.co.uk only accepts Switch, Solo, MasterCard, Visa
and Electron.
8. diydecora.co.uk cannot accept your order until you have paid for it
in full including delivery costs.
9. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.
10. diydecora.co.uk customers who shop online must be 18 years or over
11. You may cancel your order at any time before delivery. Please contact
Decora Ltd directly as per Contacts.
12. Returns Procedure - the item must be returned in its
original condition
and packaging, unless goods are found to be faulty.
13. Any refund due to you will be made within thirty days of
cancellation
by the same method of payment used to complete your original purchase.
If the product you return after cancellation is not in its original condition
you will not be entitled to a refund.
14. All items featured in the Online Shop are subject to
availability and
no deductions will be made from your credit card until item has been checked
to be in stock.
15. All descriptions are correct at time of writing.
16. All sizes are approximate.
17. We cannot guarantee the appearance and colour accuracy of
products
featured on this website as this will vary depending on the resolution
and screen type of your computer. Colour of natural wood is subject to
variation.

21. Please ensure you read and follow carefully all safety
instructions
and manuals provided with your order. When returning garden power products,
please ensure that all petrol and oil has been removed from the engine
before dispatch. Failure to do so could endanger life.
22. Before working with electricity, water or gas you should
always consult
an appropriate professional electrician, plumber or CORGI registered engineer.
23. Any advice to assist you with your DIY tasks is provided in
good faith
on the basis that the information supplied by you is complete and accurate.
The advice should not be relied upon in substitution for appropriate professional
expert advice. To the extent permitted by law, diydecora accepts no liability
for any loss, damage or injury arising as a consequence of the advice
provided.
24. We recommend that you only arrange for fully qualified
tradespeople
to carry out work on your behalf.
25. We will not be liable to you where performance of any of our
obligations
to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by any circumstance or cause
beyond our reasonable control.
26. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be
unenforceable
as a matter of law, all other parts of these Terms and Conditions shall
not be affected and shall remain in force.
27. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights as a
consumer
which remain unaffected.
